The Restaurant
In Colònia de Sant Jordi, where white salt meets pink salt flats and the blue sea, Salivent emerges – a tribute to the Mediterranean, where each dish reflects authenticity and local freshness.
Our name, a fusion of the Mallorcan words sal and vent (meaning salt and wind), honours the traditional techniques that have been used for generations to extract the island’s white gold. Here, nature dictates the rhythm and the flavour.
